Welcome to True Grace.
Philippa and Roger Biles founded True Grace to celebrate their love of fine fragrance and make use of their wealth of knowledge. From a stall in Portobello market in West London, True Grace became renowned for wonderful home fragrance and was soon stocked by department stores and lifestyle shops across the globe. Now, we are one of the few true candle makers in England.
We responsibly source all of our raw materials and manufacture everything in our Carbon-neutral factory. We are especially proud of the unique blend of natural waxes used in our candles, which is not only sustainable but also burns incredibly cleanly.
We stock a variety of home fragrance across scented candles, room diffusers, refills, solid-colour dining candles, Scented leaves, Room sprays and toiletries.

PLACING ORDERS
It's easy to place orders online with us. You can do this in the same way you would a normal website by building your basket and checking out. If you are short of time we have added handy Plus symbols next to each product on the category pages to quickly add your products to the basket. We have also added a quick add for any products with a tester next to the plus symbol.
Most of our products are sold in packs of 6. The pack size is list on the category page along with the price per unit. All our products will need to be purchased in pack sizes. There is no minimum spend amount however orders under £150 will incur a £10 handling charge.
On our product pages we list all other info you will need including RRP, pack price, size and additional product details.
PAYMENTS
We accept many different payment methods. You can choose from paying by card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and MAESTRO. We also accept express checkouts in the form of APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY. We also accept by BANK TRANSFER/BANK DEPOSIT, if you select this at checkout, we will be in contact with you via email to collect payment before your order is despatched.

DESPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to despatch orders within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. Some products, such as dining candles, have a longer despatch time which we have noted on the website.
Our UK shipping takes 3-5 days from despatch. We send goods via DHL & DPD. We offer free shipping on UK orders £350+.
